Physical Therapist
I established Holistic Physical Therapy and Pilates to help my clients heal, get stronger, and feel better through personalized physical therapy treatment. I accomplish this by targeting the root cause of pain and injury. To me, the result of getting healthier is living a happy and pain-free life.
Our clinic is designed to make all of our patients feel safe, supported, and understood, regardless of the shape they are in. As a holistic physical therapist, I specifically target the connection between body and mind. You should leave after each visit with me feeling confident that both your body and mind are in sync with getting stronger, healthier, and more capable to live the life you desire without pain.
I have been an entrepreneur for over a decade and received my doctorate in Physical Therapy from UMass Lowell, as well as a BS in Psychology and Childhood Education from Mogilev State University in Belarus. As a life-long learner, I am committed to continuing my education to serve my patience with a stellar level of care.
I am blessed to have a wonderful husband, two beautiful children, and an adorable dog named Cookie. That’s who I spend my time with when I’m not helping my patients.
My Other Certifications include:
Pilates Instructor
For me, my job is about making sure my client’s spine, digestive system, and nervous system are healthy and working together so my client can lead a healthier life overall. In 2019 I moved from Brazil to the USA with my two Maltese pups , so I could study English and validate my physical therapy degree. Working with Olga as part of Holistic Physical Therapy and Pilates, I love teaching pilates, and seeing the evolution of each client and the transformation that pilates makes in their lives.
I started practicing physical therapy in Brazil in 2004. My initial experience was in a plastic surgery clinic working with post-surgery patients. In 2006 I opened my own physical therapy and pilates studio. Using both physical therapy and pilates allowed us to address each person holistically. This is an excellent combination to stay strong long term.
I was blessed and proud to be running the type of practice that offered high quality, whole person-focused treatment. I look forward to expanding the awareness of pilates and how it helps to maintain the healing accomplished through physical therapy.
