At Holistic Physical Therapy, we take a whole body, whole person approach.

  • You will receive a thorough assessment of your biomechanics. We learn about the root cause of your problem by observing how you move, not with MRI’s or Xrays.
  • Once we understand what’s happening for you physically, we listen attentively as you explain the demands of your everyday life.
  • We then ask questions about: sleep patterns, habits, energy, discomfort, mood, hobbies, favorite activities, work demands, and goals.
  • From all of this information we help you figure out what’s really causing your pain and stiffness.
  • We develop a long term treatment plan with specialized physical therapy techniques and services to address each angle of your situation.

Our focus is to empower women to listen to their bodies, be aware of daily movements and if they are causing any pain, modify activities or daily routine. Your optimal performance relies heavily on proper breathing so we emphasize the practice of breathing techniques.

We recognize that this is a time commitment you are making to yourself, so we make the same type of commitment to you. We don’t move around constantly from patient to patient. You will only be with your practitioner for the length of your visit.

To get better and stay better we design long term programs for you so you can maintain your strength at home as well as at your regular visits. We provide strategies that make sense to you so they’re easy to do at home by yourself.
